You are invited to participate in a high school senior's social science project. This project aims to identify the effect of a child with autism on the marriage of his/her parents in comparison to the marriage of a couple without a child with autism. In this study, you will be asked to complete a survey, the ENRICH Couple Scale (© Life Innovations, Inc.) that asks questions about various aspects of your marriage. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
This project is designed to be entered in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you decide not to participate there will not be any negative consequences. Please be aware that if you decide to participate, you may stop participating at any time and you may decide not to answer any specific questions.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential. Your information will be coded and no identifying information will be asked of you.
